St. Louis, Missouri · Built for business owners who build things

Stop fitting your business
into someone else's system.

The tools you buy to run your business were built for someone else. OS Intelligence works alongside you to build and run the exact system your business needs, so you can focus on running it.

Why this matters
10 to 15%
of what you pay for in off-the-shelf tools your team actually uses
$0
in real human support when something breaks. Just bots and knowledge bases.
1 partner
who knows your business, answers when you call, and grows with you

What you actually get

Real changes in how
your business runs.

Not features. Not demos. Outcomes that show up in your margins, your team's time, and your ability to see what's happening in your business.

Time back for your team

When the tools match how your people actually work, the manual overhead disappears. Less chasing down information. Less double entry. Less rework.

Visibility into your operation

Know what's happening across your jobs, your finances, and your team without pulling it from five different places or waiting until month-end to find out.

Margins you can defend

Hidden cost overruns, billing delays, and approval bottlenecks eat margin silently. A system built for your operation surfaces these problems before they compound.

A partner, not a vendor

One person who knows your business, answers when you call, and evolves the system as you grow. No tickets. No support queue. No getting passed around.

The leverage bigger companies have

Large companies run on custom-built internal tools that smaller businesses can't replicate on their own. Now you can have that same advantage without a full technology team.

A system that grows with you

Off-the-shelf tools are built for a version of your business that doesn't exist. Yours is built from the ground up for how you work today and where you're headed.

A service, not a product

Every tool you buy was built
for someone else's business.

The companies behind the tools you use today built one product for thousands of customers. That means you spend your time adapting to their system instead of the other way around.

What you buy today

Off-the-shelf tools

  • Built for the average customer in your industry, not you specifically
  • You adapt your workflows to fit what the product allows
  • Pay for capabilities you'll never use
  • Support is automated, slow, and generic
  • Annual price increases with no corresponding value to your business
  • Roadmap decisions made for their biggest customers, not you

A real-world example

Construction · $30M Revenue
What you get with Procore or Buildertrend
A platform built for every type of contractor, regardless of how you actually work
Dozens of modules (estimating, scheduling, RFIs, submittals) that most of your team will never touch
Months of setup, training, and change management to get your team using it
$20K to $50K or more per year with support routed through a ticketing system
When your workflow doesn't match the product, you change your workflow
What OS Intelligence builds for you
A job tracking and billing system built around how your PMs and field crews actually work
Only the capabilities your operation needs: job status, daily logs, change orders, and invoicing
Your team is using it within weeks because it matches what they already do
A fixed build cost plus a monthly partnership with one person who knows your system
When your operation evolves, the system evolves with it. Not on their roadmap. On yours.

See it in action

Three industries.
Built from personal experience.

These aren't arbitrary examples. They're the three industries I know best as a customer, as a business observer, and as someone who has felt the friction firsthand.

I recently renovated my home and watched a capable contractor drown in spreadsheets and phone calls that a simple custom system could have handled. I drop my kids off at childcare every morning and see directors managing enrollment, billing, and compliance from a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other. And I play golf, which means I've sat inside the operations of private clubs that still run tee sheets and event management in ways that haven't meaningfully changed in a decade.

The common thread isn't the industry. It's the pattern: capable, growing businesses being underserved by tools that were never really built for them. Technology is accelerating across AI, automation, and real-time data. It's widening the gap between businesses that have custom-built infrastructure and those that don't. These three verticals aren't the limit of what we do. They're where the opportunity is most obvious to me personally.

Why these three verticals
Build
Construction
Renovated my home in 2024. Watched a great GC lose margin and time to manual tracking, missed change orders, and crew coordination that lived in text messages. The operational pain is real and the tools on the market either don't fit or cost more than the job warrants.
Care
Early Childhood Education
My kids attend childcare. Directors are running compliance, billing, family communication, and room ratios across three different apps, none of which integrate with each other. It's one of the most relationship-driven businesses there is and it runs like it's 2012.
Care
Golf & Country Clubs
I play golf regularly. Private clubs are member-experience businesses at their core, but most are running operations on legacy software that hasn't kept pace with member expectations. Tee sheets, dining, events, dues. The data exists, but no one's connecting it in a way that drives decisions.
Construction

FieldOS

A Procore-inspired operations platform for GCs in the $25 to $50M range who need real visibility without the enterprise price tag.
"The contractor who renovated my house was excellent at the work. The business side, job tracking, change orders, crew time, was held together with spreadsheets and gut feel."
  • Portfolio dashboard with live project status, budget tracking, and schedule health
  • Open items queue: RFIs, change orders, submittals, and subcontractor compliance in one view
  • Crew roster with clock-in status, hours, and daily labor tracking by job
  • Budget vs. actual by project with visual over/under indicators
Early Education

NestOS

A Brightwheel/Tadpoles-inspired platform for childcare directors managing enrollment, ratios, billing, and family communication.
"Every morning I drop off my kids and watch the director juggle three apps, a whiteboard, and a binder. She's running a complex operation and the tools aren't keeping up."
  • Live room ratio monitoring with compliance alerts before they become violations
  • Real-time check-in/out feed with per-child activity logging
  • Billing dashboard with payment status, overdue flags, and monthly revenue snapshot
  • Family activity feed: meals, naps, photos, and direct messaging in one place
Golf & Country Clubs

ClubOS

A ForeTees-inspired club operations platform that connects tee sheets, dining, events, member activity, and revenue into one view.
"I've played at clubs where the pro still manages tee times by hand and the dining room doesn't know a member is on property until they walk in the door. There's no reason for that in 2025."
  • Live tee sheet with member/guest flags, cart assignments, and check-in status
  • Event calendar with enrollment tracking across golf, dining, and courts
  • Member activity dashboard with dues status and charge history
  • Revenue by department: golf, dining, pro shop, courts, and dues in one view

AI is coming for every one of these industries. The question is which side of it you're on.

The major enterprise platforms are integrating AI into their roadmaps, but they're doing it for their biggest customers first. For the $30M GC, the 60-child daycare, and the 400-member club, that investment isn't coming anytime soon. OS Intelligence closes that gap by bringing the same operational intelligence to businesses that have been told to wait their turn.

About Us

Built for businesses that are getting left behind by modern tech.

I've spent the last 15 years in enterprise technology, helping build and scale companies from early stage to billion-dollar outcomes. I've been in the room where decisions are made to automate support, increase pricing, and prioritize only the largest customers.

That model works for enterprise. It breaks small and mid-sized businesses.

If you're not spending $100K or more a year, you're not getting real support. You're getting a login and a queue. And the reality is, those dollars matter more to your business than they ever will to those vendors.

At the same time, the pace of technology is accelerating. AI, automation, integrations, data. It's creating massive opportunity, but also widening the gap between companies with dedicated IT teams and those without. Most small businesses are being forced to figure this out on their own.

That's the problem. OS Intelligence is the answer.

We take the same principles, tools, and strategies used inside high-growth technology companies and apply them in a way that actually works for your business. No bloated tech stacks. No "figure it out yourself" platforms. No support tickets that go nowhere.

Instead, we act as your operating partner. We design, implement, and manage the systems your business runs on, tailored to how you actually operate. Human-first, practical, and built to drive outcomes, not just adoption.

This isn't another vendor relationship. This is a partner who sits on your side of the table.

Family at the Core

OS stands for Ozzy and Sully, Brent's two children. They're why this business exists and why he understands the world his customers operate in. School drop-offs, home renovations, and weekend rounds of golf aren't just hobbies. They're where the ideas come from.

Seen It from the Customer Side

Recent home renovation. Kids in childcare. Member at a local golf club. Brent brings firsthand experience as a customer of all three industries he's focused on, not just an outside observer with a deck.

Midwest First

Based in St. Louis, focused on helping Midwest businesses compete and win in a world that wasn't built for them.

15 Years at the Enterprise Level

From early-stage startups to billion-dollar outcomes. We know how enterprise tools work from the inside and why they keep failing small business owners.

Son of a Small Business Owner

Grew up in Southwest Missouri watching a small business run on grit and tools that were never quite built for the job. That shapes everything about how we approach this work.
